| 2. If I sign up for Players-Profile will I jepordize my high school eligibility? |
| Students may participate as individuals in coaching schools, camps, clinics or workshops, at any time of the year, without jeopardizing their interscholastic athletic eligibility, provided:(a) Students participating in the event do not, in any way, represent their school. (b) Fees for the students who participate in the event are not paid by the school, coach, or school district. |

| YES, all of our member players will be given their own web page. Coaches will be encouraged to check out the video and statistics of each of our member players through their individual web pages. This web page will be hosted by Players-Profile.com so that |

| YES, you will be given a log-in and password that will allow you to make changes to your web page, in real time, on the fly, 24/7. This is why it is important that your log-in and password be kept confidential.. |

| Once a coach has identified you as a prospect for his/her program, then he/she will have access to your phone number, e-mail address, and mailing address so that he/she can contact you directly. |
